Our team rapidly expanded from 2 at the end of 2020 to 40 members of our IT savvy and fluent English speaking team as of November 2024. We pride ourselves in delivering great technical and first line (incoming Phone/Email) support.
The team consists of multi ethnic, multi-religion and multi gender and LGBTQX Friendly ( Very difficult in Egypt but we support our team regardless) we employ Egyptian, British, American and Ukrainian individuals in our team.
As per stats provided by our clients our average response time on a 400+ phone call day is 94% answer within 30 seconds with an average answer of 12 seconds, that is faster than most emergency services across the world so you know your customers will always get the attention they deserve in a quick and organized manner.
Our technical team also provide 2nd line IT support with a combined knowledge of over 60 years in IT and technical work, managed services ( Exchange, MS 365, remote phone setups) And remote repair work for all windows and windows server based machines.
